We’re All Branch Davidians Now

“Nineteen years ago, just outside Waco, Texas, the FBI demonstrated once again that the state at its core is a killing machine. Monarchy, democracy, or republic – any government as conventionally defined is a legal monopoly on violence. The state is always inclined toward oppression, division, conquest, and bloodshed, because these are its tools of trade.

Matters are no different here. The myth of a free America was always seen with bitter irony by those not blessed by such freedom. In the founding generation, as half a million labored in slavery, many who fought in the Revolution genuinely believed in liberty, but for the ruling elite who chided them on, liberty was hardly more than a slogan. This has always been true of our political leaders.”

Pelosi: Amend the First Amendment

“House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday endorsed a movement announced by other congressional Democrats on Wednesday to ratify an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would allow Congress to regulate political speech when it is engaged in by corporations as opposed to individuals.”

Big Government Uses Our Money to Train Our Overseas Replacements

“The government doesn’t just waste your money. It spends it on the destruction of your world. For example, Obama et al. have been using it to train foreign workers to take American jobs:”

The program is called JEEP, which stands for Job Enabling English Proficiency. It’s available to college students in the Philippines through USAID. That’s the same agency that until a couple of years ago was spending millions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer money to train offshore IT workers in Sri Lanka…

A JEEP document published by USAID notes that the program “is classroom based, and focuses on the specialized English skills required by employers in areas such as: nursing and allied healthcare; maritime services; travel and tourism services; business process outsourcing (BPO), and other areas of international employment.”

18 Venn diagrams showing how corrupted American ‘democracy’ really is

“A phenomenal series of Venn diagrams at the end of this article shows in painstaking detail just how corrupted our political system in the United States has become.

When I look at the the connections of Goldman Sachs, it makes me wonder how anyone thought that people actually had the brazenness to claim that those pointing out the revolving door between Wall Street and Washington conspiracy theorists.

Thankfully, as is often the case, the so-called “Government Sachs” conspiracy theorists were right all along, and when it is laid out as it is above it makes it obvious why this is the case.

These are perfect visual representations of how what should be our government has become a government that serves corporate interests to the detriment of the American people.

Take the White House’s move to block the release of a Monsanto-linked lobbyist’s e-mail, for instance. This is hardly shocking when one considers the numerous connections the global corporation enjoys on Capitol Hill shown below.”

Blamed for Bee Collapse, Monsanto Buys Leading Bee Research Firm

“Monsanto, the massive biotechnology company being blamed for contributing to the dwindling bee population, has bought up one of the leading bee collapse research organizations.

Recently banned from Poland with one of the primary reasons being that the company’s genetically modified corn may be devastating the dying bee population, it is evident that Monsanto is under serious fire for their role in the downfall of the vital insects.

It is therefore quite apparent why Monsanto bought one of the largest bee research firms on the planet.

It can be found in public company reports hosted on mainstream media that Monsanto scooped up the Beeologics firm back in September, 2011. During this time the correlation between Monsanto’s GM crops and the bee decline was not explored in the mainstream, and in fact it was hardly touched upon until Polish officials addressed the serious concern amid the monumental ban.”

Rats on cocaine love Miles Davis, and other dumb animal research paid for with tax dollars

“Taxpayers may feel kind of blue when they discover their dollars went to fund a study to determine rats like to bop to the music of Miles Davis while hopped up on cocaine.

The study, which was performed at Albany Medical College, drew jeers from the animal rights group In Defense of Animals and landed it on its top ten list of Real Ridiculous Research.

The research found that sober rats don’t really like music that much. After the silence, the rats liked Beethoven’s “Fur Elise” more than Miles Davis’s iconic jazz tune “Four.”

But when the rats were given doses of cocaine, their tasted shifted and they gravitated toward the jazz.”

There Is Not Going To Be A Solution To Our Economic Problems On The National Level

“For those waiting for our economic problems to be solved, you can quit holding your breath. There is simply not going to be a solution to our economic problems on the national level. So why is that the case? Well, it is because the economic policies of both major political parties are very, very similar when you take a close look at them. Yes, that statement may sound downright bizarre to many Americans, but it is true. Both major political parties supported the Wall Street bailouts, both of them fully support the job-killing “free trade” globalization agenda, both of them have dramatically increased the national debt when in power, both of them fully support the currency-killing policies of the Federal Reserve, and neither major political party would get rid of the income tax and the IRS. And that is just for starters. Yes, there are some minor differences when it comes to taxing and spending between the two parties, but the truth is that they are a lot more similar on economic issues than they are different. What we desperately need on the national level is a fundamental change in direction when it comes to economic policy, but we simply are not going to get that from either the Democrats or the Republicans. That means that there is no hope that the economic storm that is coming will be averted.”

N.J. police want to fire officer for stopping beating by fellow cops

“But now we see what it takes to get a cop into trouble in Bogota, N.J. Officer Regina Tasca responded to a call for help in a medical emergency. While medical help was on the way, she radioed for backup, which was protocol. When two more officers arrived, they jumped out of their cars and started beating the 22-year-old man who was having the problems.

Officer Tasca tried to pull her fellow officers off of the man they were beating. That’s a picture taken by the man’s mother and the woman later confirmed her praise for Tasca. There’s also video from her police cruiser.

So why is Tasca in trouble? The police chief says she’s unfit for duty for her bizarre actions. It just goes to show what happens when an officer has the guts to try to stop illegal and immoral behavior by bad cops. The police culture in this country has become rotten — and it’s getting worse.”

Milwaukee Cop Caught On Camera Beating Man While Yelling, “Stop Resisting”

“If the internet has taught us anything, it is that cops appear to be trained to yell “stop resisting” while beating or tasing citizens into submission.

I learned that after my first arrest when Miami police pounded my head into the pavement, which is why by my third arrest, I learned to beat them to the punch (no pun intended) by declaring, “I’m not resisting.”

The latest incident to surface comes to us from Milwaukee where police pulled over a drunk man attempting to drive his friend’s Lambrorghini.

Police said Jeffrey Strasser was endangering the public by running a stop sign, so they had no choice but to pull him out of the car, thrown him to the ground and punch him repeatedly.

A bystander with a video camera happened to record that part and now the video has gone viral.”

16 Reasons To Move Away From California

“Once upon a time, millions upon millions of young people dreamed of moving to California. Nearly endless sunshine, pristine beaches and a booming economy made it seem like paradise to many. But now those days are long gone. Unemployment is rampant, home prices have fallen like a rock, violent crime and gang activity are on the rise, local governments all over California are facing horrible financial problems, millions of illegal immigrants have poured into the state, traffic around the big cities is nightmarish and tax rates are absolutely outrageous. Plus there is the constant threat that your home could be destroyed by an earthquake, a wildfire or a mudslide. In recent years, hordes of hard working families have decided that they have had enough and have decided to move away from California. In fact, since the year 2000 more than 1.6 million people have moved away from the state of California.”
