Arrested illegals who were released charged with 16,226 subsequent crimes

“President Barack Obama‘s decision not to deport some arrested illegal immigrants has enabled a crime wave — but no American or immigrant victims have been publicly identified, and GOP politicians have mostly remained mute.

Illegal aliens who have been released from custody between 2008 and mid-2011 have been charged with 16,226 subsequent crimes, including 19 murders, 142 sex crimes and thousands of drunk-driving offenses, drug-crimes and felonies, according to a new report from the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service.

“Rather than protect the American people he was elected to serve, President Obama has imposed a policy that allows thousands of illegal immigrants to be released into our communities,” said a statement from Rep. Lamar Smith, the chairman of the House judiciary committee.

The criminals “were in the government’s custody, were identified as illegal immigrants and then let go because this administration has refused to request the resources to hold them and deport them,” said Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies.”

After Years Of Investigation And Armed Raids The DOJ Drops Criminal Charges Against Gibson Guitar

“After three years and two raids with federal agents branding automatic weapons, Gibson Guitar has settled its issues with the Federal government, at least for now. The music company’s problems began when the Justice Department alleged that it had violated a ban on the importation of endangered wood products under the Lacey Act.

Gibson had purchased and imported ebony and other exotic woods from Madagascar and India incurring the threat of criminal charges from the DOJ. In a deal to end its problems with Justice, Gibson had to admit that it had failed to ensure that the exotic wood it was purchasing from its supplier had been legally harvested and exported.

Gibson also agreed to pay a $300,000 penalty to the U.S. government, and a “community service payment” of $50,000 to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. The Fish and Wildlife Service conducted the initial investigation and the $50,000 will be used on research projects or tree conservation activities.

“We felt compelled to settle, as the costs of proving our case at trial would have cost millions of dollars and taken a very long time to resolve,” Gibson CEO Henry Juszkiewicz said in an Aug. 6 news release announcing the settlement. “This allows us to get back to the business of making guitars. An important part of the settlement is that we are getting back the materials seized in a second armed raid on our factories and we have formal acknowledgement that we can continue to source rosewood and ebony fingerboards from India, as we have done for many decades.””

Disinformation: How It Works

“There was a time, not too long ago (relatively speaking), that governments and the groups of elites that controlled them did not find it necessary to conscript themselves into wars of disinformation.

Propaganda was relatively straightforward. The lies were much simpler. The control of information flow was easily directed. Rules were enforced with the threat of property confiscation and execution for anyone who strayed from the rigid socio-political structure. Those who had theological, metaphysical or scientific information outside of the conventional and scripted collective world view were tortured and slaughtered. The elites kept the information to themselves, and removed its remnants from mainstream recognition, sometimes for centuries before it was rediscovered.

With the advent of anti-feudalism, and most importantly the success of the American Revolution, elitists were no longer able to dominate information with the edge of a blade or the barrel of a gun. The establishment of Republics, with their philosophy of open government and rule by the people, compelled Aristocratic minorities to plot more subtle ways of obstructing the truth and thus maintaining their hold over the world without exposing themselves to retribution from the masses. Thus, the complex art of disinformation was born.

The technique, the “magic” of the lie, was refined and perfected. The mechanics of the human mind and the human soul became an endless obsession for the establishment.”

Is there fluoride in your grapes?

“Most of the talk concerning fluoride exposure these days centers around the chemical’s forced presence in many public water supplies, and how this is causing an epidemic of chronic health problems. But little do many people realize that fluoride exposure is also problematic throughout the food supply, including in fresh food crops that have been sprayed with pesticides and herbicides made from fluoride compounds.

Grape growers in particular have long used a chemical known as cryolite, which also goes by the trade name Kryocide, to deter leaf-eating and other types of pests. This fluoride-based chemical is used on all sorts of food crops, in fact, including on many different fruits and vegetables consumed by millions of people. And because insects have yet to build up a resistance to cryolite, despite its having been in use for at least 50 years, the chemical has become a staple pesticide for many growers.

Cryolite is very easily absorbed by the crops to which it is applied, which means that people who eat grapes, or who drink wine made from grapes that have been sprayed with cryolite, are inadvertently consuming untold amounts of toxic fluoride. It turns out that cryolite contains aluminofluoride ions that shed fluoride ions, which then pass through the blood-brain barrier and contaminate brain tissue.

Since fluoride chemicals are persistent and do not biodegrade, they often build up in soils where plants uptake them into their roots, stems, leaves, and even their fruit. This has clearly been observed in grapes, for instance, which often contain levels of fluoride far higher than the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) maximum contaminant level (MCL) for fluoride of four parts per million (ppm).”

Agency Fighting ‘Climate Change’ Operates 9,516 Vehicles for 11,605 Employees

“The Natural Resources Conservation Service, a part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, operates 9,516 vehicles even though it only has 11,605 employees. That works out to one vehicle for every 1.2 employees.

The service promotes itself, in part, as a component of the federal government’s effort to deal with climate change.

“Our goal is not just a sustainable, nutritious, abundant food supply, but also thriving ecosystems that support a diversity of life,” the conservation service says on its website. “In the next century, NRCS will not only continue to tackle familiar challenges like ensuring clean water and healthy soil, but will also rise to meet new issues, such as clean air, clean energy, climate change, and new technology.””

NYPD Unveils Orwellian ‘Domain Awareness System’

“New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is touting the latest police state technology.

The “Domain Awareness System,” aside from its blatantly Orwellian name, is a super surveillance database possible through a partnership between Microsoft and the city of New York. The system allows NYPD 24/7 access to closed-circuit TV feeds from around the city while simultaneously cross-checking criminal and terrorist databases.

Speaking of the importance of security over freedoms, Bloomberg stated at the unveiling Wednesday, “The bad guys have everything that we do, too. And if you really want to worry about security and freedoms, that’s the first thing…We are not your mom and pop police department anymore. We are in the next century. We are leading the pack.””

Gold, Silver, Corn, And Brent Are Best Performers On The 5-Year Anniversary Of The Great Financial Crisis

“Five years ago today BNP Paribas stopped withdrawals from three of their investment funds – because they couldn’t value their holdings following the subprime fallout – and arguably marked the start of the Great Financial Crisis as money markets seized up and the ECB did its first emergency liquidity pump. In the five years hence, as Deutsche’s Jim Reid notes, its been a pretty good run for commodities and most fixed income assets. Given all that’s gone on over this period it’s fair to say that returns have been pretty good if you’ve been in the right areas. The authorities have played a big part in ensuring the period wasn’t a disaster even if there have been frightening periods and very poor returns in some areas. Given that there are still numerous unresolved issues, the authorities need to continue to be on full alert for the next 5 years to ensure that when we do the 10 year anniversary there haven’t been set-backs in many of these assets.”

Wages aren’t stagnating, they’re plummeting

“The second and bigger problem is that Conard’s central contention – that wages have increased for each gender and racial group – is simply false. As Evan Soltas notes, just looking at Census data it’s clear that income for men, and non-Hispanic white men particularly, has stagnated.

But it’s actually worse than that. The best recent work on changes in male wages has been done by Michael Greenstone and Adam Looney of the Hamilton Project, and they have found (pdf) that median earnings for men have actually declined since 1969:”

CBO: Obamacare Will Leave 30 Million Uninsured

“A new Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report says that under the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, 30 million non-elderly Americans will remain without health insurance in 2022.

One of the main arguments the Obama administration made for passing the Affordable Care Act was that it would provide coverage for the uninsured.

Currently, accoriding to CBO, there are 53 million uninsured persons in the United States, including uninsured illegal aliens. The CBO estimates that in 2022–8 years after the Affordable Care Act has been fully implemented–30 million people will remain uninsured.

Moreover, under Obamacare, 8 percent of legal U.S. residents will remain without health insurance in 2022, according to CBO.

The report was done to assess the fiscal impact of the Supreme Court June Obamacare decision.

“CBO and JCT [Joint Committee on Taxation] now estimate that the ACA, in comparison with prior law before the enactment of the ACA, will reduce the number of nonelderly people without health insurance coverage by 14 million in 2014 and by 29 million or 30 million in the latter part of the coming decade, leaving 30 million nonelderly residents uninsured by the end of the period,” the report said.”
